Golden Gesso is bright white acrylic primer designed to penetrate supports and provide a surface to which paint can adhere. It is formulated to be flexible and is highly pigmented for greater opacity. Proper preparation with gesso increases the life span of artwork.
We recommended that at least three layers of gesso are applied. It can be mixed with acrylic colours to produce a tinted or coloured gesso.
