Returns
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your parcel and all items carefully. If there are items damaged, defective or something missing from your order please contact us directly, as soon as possible, within 14 days so we can rectify the situation.
In the unlikely event one of you items is faulty or damaged you must contact us prior to returning anything. You may be asked to send photos and dispose of the item instead of it being returned to us, or we may send you a shipping label for the damaged or faulty item. If faulty or damaged items are returned without contacting us first we will not pay the return postage.

Unwanted Items
If you have ordered an item that is unsuitable, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund within 28 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must arrive back with us within 28 days, unused, in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs.
Any refunds are issued are our discretion.
We are not able to accept returns for the following;
- All varieties of Gold and Metal Leaf (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Copper, etc)
- Bespoke Canvases
- Easels
- Portfolios
- Any paper based product (sheets, pads, rolls etc)
- Card & Board
- Sale Items
- Any items used for photography, film, TV or installations.
- Any other products we sell at our discretion.

Please make sure that a copy of your receipt is included in the returns parcel.
If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the additional postage.
We cannot accept any returns after 28 days of receipt.
