Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail, UPS & Parcel Force to dispatch our parcels and will at our discretion choose either to ensure efficient delivery.

Delivery Services

Standard (from £4.99) - Parcels usually take between 3-4 business days to arrive however, if it has not arrived in this time we do ask that you wait up to 7 days after despatch before contacting us.

The price of standard delivery varies depending on the weight and the type of products ordered. Some products such as sheets of large board for example, can only be sent via UPS as Royal Mail does not accept these products into their network due to the size, therefore the shipping costs are higher.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted and depending on the service used, your parcel will be taken back to the nearest Post Office or UPS Access Point for collection by you.

For standard orders received before 1pm, we try wherever possible to send them out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day. 

Heavy Goods (from £15.00) - Standard delivery only, this applies to 20kg+ parcels such as sacks of gilders whiting, rabbit skin glue, pearl glue, gypsum and large rolls of canvas, that all require extra courier charges and handling fees.

Express (from £10.50) - Estimated 1-3 business days (after despatch, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you need anything urgently please order before 12pm to make sure we can send it the same day. Due to current circumstances out of our control, this is not a guaranteed next day service.

Collection/Pick Up (free) orders will usually be available the same day, within our normal opening hours. We may call you to confirm.

Business/working days are Monday to Friday only and does not include bank holidays. We do not currently offer any Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery or collection options.
