Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel pencils are an artist's quality soft pastel in pencil format. Using pastel pencils allows fine detail on artwork and eliminates the dirty fingers and smudge marks that can be gained when using regular soft pastels. The highly pigmented leads can be sharpened to a fine point or used to cover larger areas.
