Schmincke B72 spray is a fixative for pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolours, ink, tempera, photos, prints, acrylic and oil colours. Due to the well-known acrylic resin Paraloid® B72 (often used in restoration) it has tightening and protecting characteristics and is also suitable as final varnish. It is highly lightfast, age-resistant and non-yellowing. Depending on the painting ground you will achieve an invisible fixation (on absorbent surfaces) or a semi-matt/ slightly glossy film (on non-absorbent surfaces).
AEROSPRAY B72 requires several coats to be sprayed from a distance of 30 - 40cm, left to right and top to bottom. It contains solvents so must be sprayed in a well ventilated area and is not to be inhaled.
